This agreement is a legal contract between you and China VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile or desktop VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interfaces, code, and content belong to the Service Provider or the applicable rights holders. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. Jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins may cause app errors or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functionality, you may also be subject to those third-party terms and privacy rules.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, weak signal, carrier policies, or local network conditions. Use outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may generate mobile data or roaming charges, which are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Service interruptions caused by depleted device battery, disabled system permissions, incorrect configuration, or third-party platform restrictions are not covered by compensation. We try to maintain route information and client compatibility, but some data and services depend on third-party infrastructure, so we are not liable for indirect losses arising from those dependencies. The App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service as permitted by law. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: Software licenses, digital products, or subscription access are generally final once activated and are not eligible for no-reason refunds.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to evaluate network conditions, device compatibility, and plan benefits through the free version, trial allowance, or public documentation before purchase.

Customer Support: If you encounter connection, account, or client issues, contact our support team and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Technical Issues: In rare cases, technical issues may affect service use. We will try to resolve them or provide a workable alternative, but troubleshooting does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if a software license, account, or digital access right is shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy based on business or legal requirements. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
