When you download, install, or launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, crash logs, and session duration. To improve node recommendations and connection quality, we may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. Route recommendations based on China VPN node status; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate diagnostics; 3. Service communications such as account, security, or product notices sent through your registered email or username.

We transmit anonymized or aggregated data to third-party service providers only when necessary, such as Google Play Services, Firebase, or crash analytics tools, for application stability, issue diagnosis, and feature improvement. Except as described here, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. To comply with applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process; 2. To protect users, the public, or the security of this Service; 3. To work with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations for necessary operations. You may stop new App data collection by uninstalling the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable retention period thereafter. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If such data is discovered, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and internal permission management to protect data.
